Volunteer Meet & Greet

Do you love your local, hometown movie theatre? Enjoy the arts? Want to give back and serve your community? Volunteering for the Augusta Arts Council is a PERFECT way to do that! Did you know that the Augusta Arts Council...from the Board of Directors to the popcorn poppers to the clean up crew...we are all VOLUNTEERS! It takes a LOT of time, effort, innovative ideas and help to keep the historic theatre, the art centre and the organization running. Our mission is to serve our community by keeping the arts alive, but we can't do it without YOU! If you've ever been curious about what being a volunteer for the AAC looks like, well now's your chance! Join us Saturday, March 23rd at 10am in the historic theatre for a Volunteer Meet & Greet! You'll get a tour of the theatre, hear about all the different ways to serve, meet some of our current volunteers & BOD members and there will even be FREE popcorn, soda and prizes!
